Ralph Izod, Director of Alpha Washroom Services Ltd has found a gap in the market to provide outsourced sanitary bin waste collection to businesses that he believes are currently being let down by some of the bigger suppliers, commenting, “We did some grassroots research before launching Alpha Washroom Services.
This entailed speaking to cleaning companies, small washroom services companies, facilities management companies and other soft service providers to ascertain if they were being under serviced by the bigger players. Our suspicions were confirmed when most of them told us that it was impossible to arrange ad hoc collections and that their basic requests were being ignored or sidelined for several days.”
Ralph is confident that Alpha Washroom Services will restore the faith of these businesses commenting, “Our technicians are in London every day so clients can make ad hoc additional service requests alongside their scheduled pickups. The next few months are going to be exciting as we show that it’s possible to deliver a first class service in what appears to be an under serviced sector.”
